Will my account be closed?
Being a research peptide brand is not a reason we close an account. Amino Engine is built for peptide brands. Your mail leaves from your own domain, on servers and IP addresses we run, so no outside email provider sits above your account. Every account is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy: mail only people who said yes, and keep medical claims out of your emails and the pages they link to.
How is it priced?
By the emails you send each month, not by how many people are on your list. Starter is $79 a month for 25,000 emails, Growth is $599 for 250,000, Pro is $999 for 500,000. Enterprise is priced with you.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. 7 days free, with every feature included. Cancel any time.
What counts as an email?
Every marketing email delivered. Order confirmations sent through us don't count.
What happens when I hit my limit?
We tell you before it happens. Move up a plan or email us; nothing is cut off mid-send.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from Settings. Your contacts export in one click.
Is there a contract?
No. Month to month.
Do I pay for the people on my list?
No. You pay for the emails you send. Keeping a contact costs nothing, so there is never a reason to delete somebody who might buy again.
Can I move from Klaviyo or Brevo?
Yes. Export your contacts and unsubscribes as CSV and import them. Unsubscribes and bounces arrive as unsubscribes and bounces, so nobody who opted out gets mailed again. Your flows are rebuilt from our 82 ready-made flows, or we do it for you.
Can I get Advertising without email?
Yes. Every trial starts with email and Advertising on, and you can drop email from Billing. Advertising is $99 a month on its own, or $70 a month with any email plan.
