Amino Engine is a marketing agency operated by Luke Hofmann. We build e-commerce sites and run Meta ads for peptide brands. Contact us at luke@aminoengine.com.
What we collect
When you fill out a form on our site or through our ads (e.g. booking a call, submitting an application form on Facebook / Instagram), we collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number (if provided)
- Business / brand details you share (revenue band, current setup, etc.)
- Any free-text notes you submit
We also collect basic analytics on site visits (page views, referrer, device type) via standard tools like Meta Pixel.
How we use it
We use this information to:
- Respond to your inquiry and follow up by email, phone, or SMS
- Evaluate whether we're a fit for your project
- Improve our site and marketing
- Run conversion tracking and retargeting on our ad platforms
Who we share it with
We don't sell your data. We share it only with service providers we use to operate (email tools, CRM, calendar software, payment processors), and only as needed to deliver the service you requested.
When you submit a lead form through Meta / Facebook / Instagram, your information is processed by both Meta and us under our respective privacy practices.
How long we keep it
Lead and inquiry data is retained for up to 24 months after your last interaction with us, then deleted. Client engagement records are retained per the terms of your engagement.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. Email luke@aminoengine.com with the request and we'll process it within 30 days.
Children
Our services are not directed to anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Updates to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above will reflect the most recent change.
