The setup guide on Home
The four-item checklist that keeps track of what you skipped in the wizard, how skipping works, and when it goes away.
Where it is in the app
Everything starts on the Home screen, the first thing you see after you sign in.

The setup wizard lets you skip most of its screens. Whatever you skip does not disappear. It waits for you in a checklist titled Get set up, at the top of Home. This article explains the checklist and when it leaves.

- At the top of Home in the Email & SMS workspace, as a card headed Get set up.
- In the sidebar, as a link at the bottom of the list: Setup guide · 2 of 4 done. Press it, or press Open the guide on the card, to see the full page. Its subtitle reads 2 of 4 done. Nothing here is urgent — do one a day.
#The four items
If you sell on WooCommerce, the list is:

If you sell on Shopify, the first item is Connect your Shopify store, which takes about 2 minutes and needs one approval inside Shopify.
Each row has a button that takes you straight to the right screen. A row turns green with a Done chip when the thing is true:
- The store is connected, or orders are arriving.
- Your sending domain is verified.
- Any flow is switched on.
- A flow that starts when someone joins a list is switched on. A flow counts as a welcome flow because of what starts it, not what you named it.
#Skip an item
Press Skip for now on a row. It fades and drops out of the count. If you change your mind, press Put it back. A skipped item that you later complete is shown as done.
#The sending address item
Verifying the sending address is the one item you probably cannot finish alone, because it is one DNS record at whoever runs your website. The page says so and links Open that step, which gives you the exact line to send them. "Set up your sending domain" walks through it.
#When the checklist goes away
The card and the sidebar link both retire once all four items are done or skipped. After that, the page still exists and says You are set up. Everything below is here if you want to come back to it.
#Your trial and the setup guide
While you are on the trial, the page shows a Your trial button that opens Settings → Billing. Home also shows a line under the checklist, for example: You have sent 12 of your 500 trial emails, and your trial has 5 days left. Tests to yourself do not count. See "Your free trial".
#Take the tour
At the bottom of the card, Take the tour points at each part of the sidebar in turn: Home, Campaigns, Flows, Audience, Reports and Settings. It opens Home with the tour switched on.
#If it didn't work
- An item will not turn green. The check reads your account. Connecting a store and verifying a domain can take a few minutes to register. Check Settings → Other → Integrations for the store and Settings → General → Domains for the domain.
- The checklist is gone and you want it back. It retires on its own. The same steps are under Settings → Other → Integrations, Settings → General → Domains and Flows.
- The wizard keeps sending you back. Only screen 1 is compulsory. Finish it and Home opens.
