Change your plan

You can switch between Starter, Growth and Pro yourself. You see the price of the switch before it happens.

You need the owner or admin role.

#Switch plans

1. Go to Settings → Billing → Overview.

   On screenSettings › Billing › Overview

2. Find the card headed Change plan. Its note says We show what you pay today before anything changes.

3. Each row lists a plan, its price and its volume, for example 25,000 emails a month · 2,500 contacts. Your own row has a green your plan chip.

4. Press Switch on the plan you want. The button reads Checking… for a moment.

5. Read the sentence that appears under the plan. It is one of two:

   • You will be charged $520 today — the rest of this month on the new plan, less the days you have already paid for. Your renewal date does not change.
   • Nothing to pay today. $40 comes off your next bill — the days you have already paid for on your current plan.

6. Press Confirm to go ahead. It reads Changing… while it works.

When it finishes, the row says You are on Growth from now on. Your receipt is under Payments & invoices. The page also says Your plan has changed. Any difference for the rest of this period is charged to your card today, and what it covers is below.

#What changes and what does not

• Your renewal date stays the same.
• Moving up is charged today for the rest of this month, less credit for days you have already paid for.
• Moving down gives you a credit against your next bill.
• Nothing you built is touched: campaigns, flows, templates and contacts stay.
• Your allowance changes straight away. Usage this cycle shows the new totals.

#Enterprise

Enterprise is by agreement, so its row says by agreement instead of a button. Email support@aminoengine.com.

#Moving down with a bigger list

If you move to a plan that covers fewer people than your list holds, the people past the last seat are locked for campaigns and flows. See "When your list outgrows your plan".

#If you have no paid plan yet

The Change plan card only shows for an active plan. If you are on the trial or have nothing, go to app.aminoengine.com/plans and choose one.

#If it didn't work

• Switch does nothing and a note says Payments open soon. We cannot take payments at this moment.
• Your plan has ended. Pick one on the plans page to start again. The subscription is no longer active. Start a new one at app.aminoengine.com/plans.
• That is not one of our plans. Reload the page and try again.
• You do not see the Change plan card. Your role may be read-only, or you do not have a paid plan.
