Plans and what they cost
The four plans, how many people and emails each covers, the Done for you add-on, and how we pick the plan that fits.

You pay for the size of your list and the emails you send. Every plan has campaigns, flows, forms, templates, segments and reports. Prices are in US dollars, per month.

What each plan adds:
- Starter: campaigns, flows, forms, templates, segments and reports, sent from your own domain.
- Growth: everything in Starter, plus A/B tests, smart sending and priority support.
- Pro: everything in Growth, plus your own sending IP and a dedicated account manager.
- Enterprise: everything in Pro, plus volume pricing and whatever else you need. Enterprise is by agreement, so it has no switch button.
Advertising is $99 a month on its own and $69 a month with any email plan, with 3 ad accounts included and $19.99 a month for each extra one. See the Advertising section.
#Where to see them
Open app.aminoengine.com/plans. The page is headed Plans. It shows a card for each plan with its price, its volume line (for example 2,500 contacts · 25,000 emails a month) and a button: Choose Starter, Choose Growth, Choose Pro or Talk to us.
If you are already on a plan, that card says Your plan and shows This is what you are on.
#How we pick one for you
One card carries a ribbon, Picked for you. We count the people you can currently email and estimate two emails per person per month, then pick the smallest plan that covers both the people and the emails. A sentence explains why, such as You can email 1,200 people and you have a flow running, so Starter fits.
For more than 50,000 people, the sentence says it is more than our price list covers, and the button is Talk to us. Press it and we email you the same day.
#What "people you can email" means
Plans cover a number of people, not just a number of emails. The count is the people you can email now: unsubscribed, bounced and suppressed addresses are not counted. If you go over, see "When your list outgrows your plan".
#Done for you
Below the plans, a panel offers Done for you at $899 per month. We build every flow you need, then write and send your campaigns each month. You approve before anything goes out. It needs a paid plan, so before you have one the button is blocked with Pick a plan first. Once you have it, the page says You have this.
After you buy it, the Overview page under Settings → Billing shows a card, What we are building for you, with each piece and its status, for example Being built · started October 2 · 1 of 3 done · about 5 business days, then Delivered. Flows arrive switched off so you can read them first.
#Text credits
Texts are not part of a plan. They are credits at 5 cents each, bought in packs. See the SMS section.
#Start, change or stop
- To start: choose a plan on the Plans page and pay on Stripe's page.
- To change: see "Change your plan".
- To stop: see "Cancel your plan or close your brand".
#If it didn't work
- The button area says Payments open soon. We cannot take money at this moment. Email support@aminoengine.com.
- You cannot see the plan you want on Settings → Billing. Only plans you can switch to show there. Enterprise is by agreement.
