The billing overview

You need the owner or admin role to change anything on this group. Other roles can see the pages.

#What you see, top to bottom

The plan card. The card title is your plan name, such as Starter. A chip beside it says its state:

• Live: it is running.
• Ending: you cancelled and it stops on a date.
• Payment failed: your last payment did not go through. See "If your card fails".
• Trial, Ended or No plan: you do not have a paid plan yet.

Under it, a sentence such as It renews on November 4. and rows for Price and Next invoice. If the plan is ending, the row reads Stops on with a date, and the sentence says Everything you built stays here. On a trial, a row Real emails to your list shows how many of your 500 trial emails you have used.

Cancel plan. A quiet red button under the plan card. See "Cancel your plan or close your brand".

Usage this cycle. Two bars:

• Contacts, for example 1,204 of 2,500. The hint says people you can email are counted, and unsubscribed and bounced are not.
• Emails this month, for example 3,800 of 25,000. Tests to yourself are never counted. If you are over, the hint says You have used everything this plan covers this month. Moving up starts it again.

Change plan. A list of the plans with a Switch button each. See "Change your plan". It only appears once you have a paid plan.

Texts. Your balance in credits, for example 4,200 texts left, and buttons to add a pack. See the SMS section.

Advertising. The Advertising plan, its state chip and its rows, with buttons to add or remove an ad-account slot and a Card and receipts button. See the Advertising section.

Close this brand. At the bottom. See "Cancel your plan or close your brand".

#Banners on this page

• Your plan has changed. Any difference for the rest of this period is charged to your card today, and what it covers is below. after you switch plans.
• Thank you — your plan is on. after you buy a plan.
• A banner when your list is bigger than your plan covers. See "When your list outgrows your plan".

#The trial view

Without a paid plan, the card says You are on the free trial with a Trial chip and N days left — it ends on October 15. After it ends: Your trial has ended, Everything you built is still here — pick a plan to send.

#If it didn't work

• A button is replaced by Payments open soon. We cannot take payments at this moment. Try later or email support@aminoengine.com.
• You do not see Change plan. It only shows once you have a paid plan. Use the Plans page to start one.
• The page says Preview account. You are in a preview brand with no plan and no card.
