What Advertising costs and the free trial

#The price

• Advertising on its own: $99 a month.
• Advertising with any email plan: $69 a month.
• 3 ad accounts are included. Each extra ad account is $19.99 a month, with no cap.

An ad account only counts once you put it in a slot. See "Choose which ad accounts use your slots".

#The free trial

Every trial starts with email and Advertising both on, and you can drop either one from Settings → Billing; the 7-day trial is shared between them.

• Your card is saved on the day you start. It is first charged when the trial ends.
• Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
• One free trial per brand. If your brand has had an Advertising plan before, the button says Turn on Advertising instead of Start free trial, and billing starts at once.

#Turn it on

1. Open Advertising in the main sidebar. Before you have a plan, this page explains the product and shows the price.

2. Check the line under the price. It shows the trial, your slots and the date of the first charge.

3. Press Start free trial.

If a card is already on file for your account, the page uses it and says "Uses the card on file ending" followed by the last four digits. If not, you go to a secure payment page first and come back.

After you press the button, the page says "Your trial is starting. Connections opens in a moment." You land on Connections.

Only owners and admins can start the plan.

#Add or remove ad-account slots

1. Go to Settings → Billing.

   On screenSettings › Billing

2. Find the Advertising card. It shows your plan, when the trial ends or the plan renews, Slots, and Extra slots.

3. Press Add a slot to buy one more slot. The new slot works at once.

4. Press Remove a slot at period end to stop paying for one. You keep it until the end of the period you already paid for.

If every slot is used, Connections says so at the top: "All 3 slots are used this month. Add a slot for $19.99 a month, or swap on" the date your month turns over.

#Stop Advertising

Go to Settings → Billing and cancel Advertising there. Cancelling before the first charge means you pay nothing. Your ads on Meta are never paused because of a slot or a bill.

#If it didn't work

• The button is missing and the page says payments are not open. Payment is not switched on for your account yet. Email support@aminoengine.com.
• The slot buttons are missing on the billing card. If the card says Set by our team, your slots were set by us. Email support@aminoengine.com to change them.
• The card says Payment failed. Update your card under Settings → Billing.
